Adrianne Curry

Adrianne Marie Curry was born and raised in Joliet, a small town in Illinois, not far from Chicago. Growing up, Adrianne was the type of person who was always ready to get involved-active in sports, an advocate for animals, and a deep desire to make a difference in the world.

Adrianne dreamed of being a model since the age of 12. Her big break came on an ordinary day: she was working as a waitress in her home town, saving for college, when she saw a TV commercial announcing a casting call for "America’s Next Top Model", a television competition hosted and produced by supermodel Tyra Banks.

Following her gut as she always does, Adrianne decided to go for it and submit an audition tape. Worried that the tape would not arrive by the deadline, she made the cut and later went on to beat nearly 32,000 hopefuls to win the contest and be crowned the first "America‘s Next Top Model"! She walked away from the show an instant celebrity and immediately landed modeling jobs for the likes of Macy’s and Merit Diamonds: Sirena Collection, and has appeared in numerous high-fashion magazines and TV commercials.

In late 2004, Adrianne got a chance to return to the small screen, as she signed on to co-star in the hit reality series "Surreal Life" on VH1. Alongside cast-mates Christopher Knight, Marcus Schenkenberg, Joanie "Chyna Doll" Laurer, Verne Troyer, Jane Wiedlin and Da Brat, the show took audiences by storm, breaking network ratings as it won the hearts of the American audience.

While on "Surreal Life", Adrianne‘s life changed in a way that she never expected. She met and fell in love with co-star Christopher Knight, 25 years her senior and best known for his portrayal of "Peter Brady" in the timeless TV Classic, "The Brady Bunch." Their unlikely romance immediately grabbed national headlines, resulting in the creation of a spin-off show, "My Fair Brady." The show documents their high-profile romance, as Adrianne moved into the Knight estate in Southern California.

"My Fair Brady" premiered in September, 2005 and became an instant hit, drawing in fans by the millions. The show stayed in the #1 spot throughout the first season and culminated in a tear-jerking marriage proposal from Knight in the season finale. Thus, the second season of "My Fair Brady" was quickly picked up and rushed into production.

The second installation of the show began where the first season left off. Now engaged, Adrianne and Chris make plans for a big wedding with the cameras in tow all the way to the altar. With a May 2006 premiere, the highly anticipated second season ends with the big day.Adrianne‘s TV fame has rapidly driven her career and international exposure upward. In February 2006, she appeared on the cover of Playboy Magazine, firmly setting Adrianne’s name in American history. Adrianne appeared on such Television sitcoms as ABC‘s "Hot Properties" and UPN’s "Half and Half," among others. She has taken on the big screen as well, in films such as "Worlds Apart" and "Fallen Angels." Her modeling career has extended to include campaigns and runway shows for Famous Stars and Straps, Beverly Hills Choppers, Jaime by Jaime Pressly, Cuffz by Linz, and Ed Hardy to name a few. Adrianne has landed pictorials in Marie Claire, Sync, and Maxim, where she also made the prestigious "Maxim Hot 100" list of the world‘s most beautiful women.

Stay tuned for more from Adrianne as she and Christopher embark on the third season of My Fair Brady.
